This work is dedicated to four hard and
passionate restaurateurs. It examines the gastronomic career
of the Ferrarese brothers. Four young men who
once left their homeland Italy to forge new paths in Germany.
This very personal thesis gives the viewer an
insight into the world of an almost 50-year gastronomy career.

characterized by its discreet appeal
